Job Summary: The Marketing Department Assistant will contribute to the development of our key business areas, working closely with the Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and Accounting teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow processes and delivering high-quality services in our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: contract preparation, expense planning, communication with partners.
- Assist the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Technical support of the team in market analyses, Excel, Power BI, Qlick Sense.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support product managers in daily activities.
Role requirements:
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Multitasking skills.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- English skills, written and oral.
- MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skills in the digital media campaign follow up (would be an advantage).
- Higher education diploma, additional qualifications in business administration or a related field: marketing, data analytics, communication (would be an advantage).
