Medical affairs department assistant UAB SERVIER PHARMA

Location: Vilnius
 
Job Summary: The Medical affairs department assistant supports key medical affairs activities based in cardiology, chronic venous disease and oncology fields. This person will work closely with internal colleagues e.g., Sales & Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Digital and Accounting departments as well as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Internal Partners: medical associations, pharmaceutical societies etc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical affairs department assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our medical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of medical operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other medical documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Educational Background:

  • Higher education diploma, additional qualifications in business administration or a related field: pharmacy, biology or medicine would be an advantage.
