For the Head of Acquisition at Bioma, who will be the right hand of the CMO, leading the charge in developing and executing our user acquisition strategies. Your role will involve managing both paid and non-paid channels to drive growth and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Get ready to

• Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies across 15+ channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns and creative strategies to drive maximum ROI
  
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine acquisition strategies and drive growth
  
• Lead and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and media buying strategies
  
• Manage a multi-million dollar acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource use
  
• Foster a data-driven culture within your team and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and customer retention teams
  
  

We expect you to

• Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition and media buying within an eCommerce environment
  
• Demonstrate expertise in managing both paid and non-paid channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media
  
• Exhibit strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
  
• Utilize analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with over a year of experience managing multiple teams and influencing stakeholders to align with business objectives
  
• Be adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 6000 - 7000 EUR/month

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
