Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (DANISH/ 0,5 FTE)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
Be a role model of Yaras culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

Fluent/native in English
Good Danish language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 925 Eur to 1340 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included) Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
