We are looking

for a dynamic SEO and Affiliate Marketing specialist who will play a critical role in driving traffic, and building brand visibility. This combined role is focused on developing and executing effective strategies to improve organic search rankings and building affiliate partnerships.

Get ready to

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and overall visibility
  
• Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and resolve technical SEO issues to improve website performance
  
• Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, driving revenue and sales through effective partnerships
  
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships, ensuring affiliates are aligned with business objectives and supported for success
  
• Monitor and analyze SEO, affiliate, and online reputation metrics to refine strategies and report on performance
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends in SEO, affiliate marketing, and online reputation management to implement best practices
  
  

We expect you to

• Have at least 2 years of experience and understand how SEO, affiliate marketing, and reputation management intersect to drive results
  
• Analyze performance data to guide decisions and optimize strategies across SEO and affiliate marketing efforts
  
• Have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage affiliate partnerships and address online reputation issues
  
• Be proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented in handling multiple projects and priorities
  
• Stay creative and innovative in responding to changing market trends and customer feedback

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200 - 3200 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
