KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting our business processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Perform process analysis, model "as-is" processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Model "to-be" processes and flows, describe them and coordinate the implementation of planned process changes.
- Prepare a description of processes and procedures and establish them in internal procedures.
- Determine performance indicators of processes, provide insights to implement changes.
- Follow on KPIs of defined processes and procedures, establish follow-up routines.
- Advise employees on process management issues.
- Prepare requirements for IS changes, test and prepare detailed instructions for employees together with the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of process or quality management.
- Know process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Have knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Quality Management or other methods and tools.
- Have good planning and management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbally and in writing).
- Be highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Have exeperience working with Bizagi or another process modeling program.
- Be result driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
