Meet The Team:
Welcome to Dexcom Lithuania, the heart of Dexcoms operations in Europe and home to our Global Business Services (GBS) Center. From our modern, spacious office in central Vilnius, opened in 2020, we support patients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including their families, medical professionals, and health insurance partners. With a team of over 400 employees representing more than 45 nationalities, we are the largest Dexcom affiliate in Europe and continue to grow.
At Dexcom Lithuania, we are continuously elevating our operations, using new technology and fostering innovation across departments and borders, collaborating with colleagues in more than 20 countries to drive Dexcoms strategic growth. As a Product Support Advisor (with German language) at Dexcom, you will become an expert of our innovative continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. Our products measure glucose levels in real time via a sensor, delivering accurate readings directly to smart devices. After comprehensive onboarding and training, youll be equipped to provide compassionate guidance and support to Dexcom patients living with diabetes, as well as to their families and caregivers.
Where you come in:
- You will be the first point of contact for patients and medical professionals in Germany.
- You will address patient questions, product/service concerns, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Dexcom devices, mobile apps and cloud software
- You will document and analyze patient and product information, send replacements and samples, and perform patient follow-ups
- You will be the first to learn about our new products and services
- You will be responsible for educating and training patients and healthcare providers
- You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of data
- You will observe quality and regulatory requirements
- You will contribute to maintaining high satisfaction scores in regular customer surveys
What makes you successful:
- You are fluent in German, with strong written and spoken skills, and you have basic proficiency in English.
- You are able to retain detailed information, analyze and effectively solve problems.
- You are able to communicate effectively and professionally across various channels, including in person, over the phone, via email, and through other business correspondence.
- You are empathetic and a good listener.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €1,933.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
