We are currently looking for a Senior Resource Planner with substantial experience to join our amazing team. You will be part of a team responsible for forecasting and planning for FCP operational areas. As a Senior Resource Planner, you will work closely with the assigned operational area, acting as their trusted partner and supporting sound, data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include strategic long-term and detailed short-term (monthly) forecasting, capacity planning, continuous support on scope and operational KPI management, and performing various simulations for decision-making.
The Performance and Analytics Department provides various analytical, business intelligence, and resource planning support to the entire Financial Crime Prevention Operations area, which encompasses over 2500 people.
The team is based in our Vilnius office, supporting operations across Lithuania, Poland, Denmark, and the Nordics, and collaborates with central analytics, tribe, and process governance teams.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Be the single point of contact regarding capacity and resource planning questions for the supported area
- Perform the monthly forecasting and planning cycle for the assigned area
- Prepare the annual resource and capacity plan and update it as needed
- Oversee operational KPIs and provide short- to long-term capacity simulations
- Calculate impact assessments related to the introduction of new or adjusted processes, or changes to existing scope
- Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning or a similar position
- Solid skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- A self-driven, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to collaborate with and supervise stakeholders across different seniority levels
- Upper-intermediate English language skills
- Higher education degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
