Job description
- Communicate with our customer to effectively resolve issues through in-app support chat and other support channels.
- Communicate - without scripts, clearly, proactively and empathically, so that customers feel like they are talking to a real person, not a robot.
- Do everything you can to resolve the issue, not just technically answer the question. Look for options on how to solve the problem in a better way, look at procedures as a tool, not a given thing.
- Constantly look for what can be improved within the team, the company and its products
