Job Description

We are looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This will be a fixed-term employment contract lasting until 31 March 2025.

Key responsibilities:
  • Providing prompt, professional support for incoming calls and written inquiries related to our EV charging services.
  • Logging detailed call reports and interactions accurately in the Jira platform for effective tracking and resolution.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
  • Assisting customers with technical issues related to EV chargers, including guiding them through solutions and escalating complex cases to technical teams when necessary.
  • Keeping track of the operational status of chargers, identifying potential issues.
  • Managing and processing RFID card orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Educating customers on using EV chargers effectively, accessing their accounts, and understanding billing processes.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as IT and operations, to resolve technical or process-related issues efficiently.

Candidate Expectations

  • You are willing to work weekdays from 9:00 - 17:00 under a fixed-term employment contract lasting until 31 March 2025.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
  • Russian communication skills are a plus but not a must.
  • You are honest, responsible, and solution-oriented.
  • You have a technical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
