Area
Technology Reliability Specialist provides the first level defence for the entire bank and the business in case of technology problems related to the Business systems or the Infrastructure. This is a specialist role that requires a broad and deep understanding of the Application and Infrastructure Architecture and the associated building blocks.
The role needs a strong technical acumen, fast problem evaluation and resolution skills. Also, it requires expertise across multiple areas like Networks, Compute Services, containerisation, Application architecture and a deep knowledge of very specialized observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Prometheus).
This is a 24/7 job, with shifts where you have most of the week free every other week. During the day, you will work with application performance alerts, network related issues and incidents on infrastructure level.

You will:
- Monitor a variety of specialized observability tools (AppDynamics, Spectrum, Prometheus)
- Undertake an immediate effort to separate false positives against a real issue, identify potential root cause by correlating alerts from multiple monitoring tools and areas (Compute, Networks and applications)
- Ensure that investigations are completed on time, deliver operational SLAs whilst demonstrating the right level of quality and control
- Support application areas and infrastructure teams (SDS, NRO, Markets IT, etc.)
- Actively Drive the resolution of Critical P1,P2 incidents in conjunction with the SIMA teams
- Actively drive the reduction of alerts and incidents through engineering fixes, automation or process improvement
- Support RMA process (faulty hardware part replacement)
- Drive improvements and changes, including automation practices and solutions
About you:
Technical skill and/or experience in one or more:
- Application monitoring or monitoring setup (AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Networks (CCNA)
- Load balancer, switch and other network inventory monitoring
- Hardware replacement
- AWS monitoring
Non-technical skills:
- Communication skills (managing stakeholders, working with major incident, change and problem management teams)
- ITIL knowledge (ITIL certification would be a bonus)
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2120 EUR to 3180 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
