ASBIS BALTICS is looking for a Sales Team Lead to join its team, who would not only be familiar with the company's product range and promote business development but would also enrich the company's experience with shared moments celebrated and events that are immortalised.
Skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in the Consumer Electronics sector in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the Consumer Electronics sector and ability to provide professional advice to clients and the team
- Proactive and results-oriented personality
- Experience leading or managing a team, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve goals
- Experience in setting clear performance goals, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and expectations for team members
- Ability to understand market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Excellent Lithuanian, English, and Russian language skills
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a few key customers
- Guarantee distribution of all current products from ASBIS consumer brands (allowed for sales in the territory)
- Lead and motivate the subordinated team (coaching and mentoring, communicating goals and targets, setting objectives, sharing feedback, leading team meetings, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines). Ensure team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
- Management of the functioning of CPFR
- Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, HR, customer service, finances, logistics, etc.)
- Strong follow-up of metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management
- Assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring compliance
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Participates in developing area strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the central team.
- Implement business initiatives
- Actively looking for an opportunity to improve distribution. Developing strategies to improve sales performance and providing relevant initiatives to senior management, including finding new partners and new businesses.
- Execute sales plans and maintain a strong presence in the region.
- Define sales strategy for the assigned product groups/brands
- Organize and control the process of local adaptation of general distribution, range, and pricing approach
- Organize and manage the process of development, implementation, and regular control of the listing plan by customers/sales channels
- Develop and implement promotional strategy, placement, joint promotions with customers, etc.
