TeslaPay UAB received an EMI license from the Lithuanian Central Bank on 2018-07-25. TeslaPay offers different types of payment services for both individual and corporate clients. Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Providing legal support to colleagues from other departments,
Drafting and revising agreements and legal documents to be signed with customers or suppliers,
Drafting, updating, amending, supplementing, and maintaining the company's internal documents, policies and procedures,
Participating in investigating non-standard situations and administering claims,
Ensuring that internal processes comply with the applicable regulations, both internal and external,
Monitoring the change in applicable legislation and communicating it to the management team,
Contributing to processes and controls of the company's risks arising from the normative and obligative acts related to the company's internal matters,
Providing expert advice to the company's management and employees,
Regulatory reporting (annual compliance plan, annual client complaints report),
Participating in the New Product Approval Process (NPAP),
Supervising and assisting AML/KYC specialists on issues related to AML/CTF,
Cooperate with supervisory authorities, other third parties,
Develop and implement staff members' training to ensure acknowledgment of legal requirements.

Skills you will need:

university degree in Law,
Knowledge of the Lithuanian and EU regulatory environment,
3 or more years of professional experience (preferably in the financial sector, i.e. fintech, banks, or law firms) experience in the compliance sector, preferably with the financial service provider,
Excellent communication and report-writing skills,
Analytical, critical, and problem-solving mindset,
Fluency in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is desirable),
Professional certification such as CAMS or ICA is preferred.
