Job description:

Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements;
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
Prepare detailed requirement documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows);
Create and maintain process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for product solutions;
Document integration and data migration requirements for product;
Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet requirements;
Ensure alignment of product configuration with business processes;
Assist in defining test cases and validating that the delivered solution meets business needs;
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders;
Develop and deliver training materials for end users;
Provide ongoing support for product features post-implementation;
Act as the liaison between the business, product development team, and Product Owner;
Resolve misunderstandings between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
Proven experience in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical tasks for development teams;
Demonstrated track record of working on IT projects;
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
Experience in working in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog grooming;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
