Job description:
- Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements;
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
- Prepare detailed requirement documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows);
- Create and maintain process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for product solutions;
- Document integration and data migration requirements for product;
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet requirements;
- Ensure alignment of product configuration with business processes;
- Assist in defining test cases and validating that the delivered solution meets business needs;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders;
- Develop and deliver training materials for end users;
- Provide ongoing support for product features post-implementation;
- Act as the liaison between the business, product development team, and Product Owner;
- Resolve misunderstandings between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
- Proven experience in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical tasks for development teams;
- Demonstrated track record of working on IT projects;
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience in working in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog grooming;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
