REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience with the ERP system Infor M3, with a focus on areas such as production, logistics, and/or procurement.
Hands-on experience with BI solutions such as QlikView.
Good knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Data Quality control.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficient in English.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a bridge between developers and process owners, compiling requirements for standard reports and lists in collaboration with departments.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure correct data flow across all modules.
Design standard processes in collaboration with process owners and ensure their continuous improvement.
Support teams in implementing new software and processes.
Test and validate reports and statistics in coordination with process owners.
Provide support and training for key users and deputies.
