Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist
Intersurgical is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of high-quality medical devices for respiratory support. We are embarking on a major business transformation programme centred around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) alongside new Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Following a successful pilot in our Italian subsidiary, we are now rolling out this programme to our UK Head Office entities, before moving on to our large manufacturing facilities in Lithuania later this year.
We are now looking for passionate and experienced D365 Internal Functional Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems team. You will play a vital role in configuring and optimising our D365 F&O solution, ensuring it meets the needs of a complex global manufacturing and commercial operation.
Location: Lithuania / Baltics (with global travel as required).
The key responsibilities of the position include:
D365 F&O Configuration and Support
Configure, customise, and maintain D365 F&O modules in line with business requirements (Supply Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing, Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Planning, Quality, and Electronic Reporting).
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with end-users, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders across multiple global sites to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and drive solution adoption.
Process Optimisation
Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state processes leveraging D365 F&O capabilities.
Project Delivery
Contribute to all stages of the implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Documentation & Training
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solution configurations, processes, and procedures; deliver effective training sessions and materials to users.
Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of new functionality within D365 F&O and identify opportunities to enhance the solution in response to evolving business needs.
Expected competencies and experience:
Minimum 2 Years D365 F&O Implementation Experience
Demonstrable background in full project lifecycles requirement gathering, design, build, test, deployment, and support.
Module Expertise
Strong functional knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Supply Chain Planning
- Quality
- Electronic Reporting
Relevant Qualifications
Professional certifications related to D365 F&O (e.g., MB-300, MB-320, MB-330) highly desirable.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to interpret complex business requirements, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Team Collaboration
Proven ability to work as part of a multi-functional, geographically distributed project team.
Adaptability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
