The Developer Experience tribe offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the productivity and satisfaction of developers here at Danske Bank.

We are excited to announce the new position of Senior User Experience Designer for Development Performance squad within the Developer Experience (DX) tribe.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you are responsible for ensuring that our tribes products, dashboards, and in some cases, reports are user-friendly and easy to comprehend. You will also receive assistance from a student who will require mentoring.

Joining us means being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team where you can contribute your expertise, learn from others, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of software development within the organization.

You will:

  • Ensure that Internal Developer Portal (IDP) is easy to use and understand
  • Ensure all products developed by DX tribe are easy to use and understand
  • Ensure DX dashboards (and reports) are clear and tailored for various stakeholders needs, e.g. developers, managers
  • Create advanced sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Understand user needs and transform those into compelling user interface designs
  • Communicate user experience to stakeholders
  • Contribute to and enforce design and interface standard
  • Demonstrate understanding of visual design principles

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience of being a designer
  • Able to acquire new knowledge within the field of UX and transform it into business value
  • Proficient ability to build advanced prototypes in a iterative and agile environment
  • Strong ability to use analytics, user research or testing to inform design decisions
  • Experience with working closely with business and engineering team
  • Strong planning of user-cantered design activities in projects
  • Experience with planning and facilitating usability testing and user research
  • Creative thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keep attention to detail
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
