Join our dynamic back-office team of 15 professionals at Danske Bank as a Services Officer – Associate.
In this entry-level associate position, you will be responsible for handling requests from other banks and transferring customers smoothly to their new banking service providers.
You will work across three key markets: Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:
- Process and manage requests for transferring customers to other banks
- Ensure each transaction is handled with high precision to maintain service quality
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle and respond effectively in varying situations by thinking creatively
About you:
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Speed and efficiency in task management
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
