YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborate closely with various Business Units to understand their processes and needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Assist colleagues with ERP system functionality and related inquiries.
- Act as a middleman between Business Units, Developers, and Data Analysts.
- Process and structure data to support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation.
- Conduct product and feature testing.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations.
- Review and prioritize newly received requests.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently on complex tasks.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- IT and/or aviation industry experience is an advantage.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiarity with Business Analysis tools (Confluence, Jira, Draw.io).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in process modeling and documentation (BPMN, UML, or other diagramming techniques).
