RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales and pricing for your assigned Large Category customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
- Keep customer data accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
- Provide precise sales and volume data to internal teams.
- Identify and implement pricing improvements to boost profitability.
- Spot potential sales leads and develop them or pass them to Sales Development Managers.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and their applications.
- Analyze customer purchasing behavior to align solutions with their needs.
- Understand the business structures and key decision-makers of Large Category customers.
- Use customer feedback and competitor insights to navigate market dynamics.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, working with business customers via digital channels.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and confident in writing and speaking English.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and customer portfolios.
- Ability to ask targeted questions and uncover customer needs.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills.
- Experience in remote sales (phone, email, e-shop).
- Willingness to grow, develop, and adapt to change.
- Experience with Salesforce, technical knowledge, or education is an advantage.
