Suppose youd happily join the Irish team as Senior Accounts Payable Accountant. In that case, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery for all AP transactions by performance and quality standards defined in the relevant service level agreements.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day AP operations, including issue identification, evaluation, as well as resolution for the following process areas:

• Process invoices until payment is released.
• Vendor account maintenance and closing activities.
• Investigate discrepancies between systems.
• Handle internal and external communication.
• Reconcile data between ERP systems.
• Take over of the tasks and document them
• Contribute to continuously maintaining and updating Accounts Payable process activities and procedures and participate in projects.
• Supports team members in achieving performance and quality standards defined in relevant service-level agreements.
• Assist and drive the implementation of initiatives to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of Accounts Payable transaction processing.

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a major in accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes in a complex and international business environment, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
• Experience in transferring knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel advanced) and Salesforce
• Knowledge of Basware, SAP, or/and Oracle would be an advantage
