Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Arrange aircraft handling, fuelling and airport assistance for all short term (ADHOC) activities, ferry or technical flight operations as well as for scheduled charter program.
• Work with Ground Operations document distribution towards service providers.
• Organize all the prepayments related to the aircraft handling, fuelling and airport charges to be made on time for all short term (ADHOC) activities, ferry or technical flight operations as well as for scheduled charter program.
• Cooperate with Commercial Team in terms of fuel and handling price indications.
• Follow schedule changes and share them with all ground handling and fuel service providers.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 1+ years of experience in airline operations, airline ground operations, or in ground handling company.
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and flexibility.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
