Job description:
Ensuring the technical solution architecture aligns with business needs, engaging in the entire solution development process from requirements analysis to implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders in shaping the system's vision, designing, and implementing technical solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture with Oracle environment (design, modelling, optimization) knowledge; Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts;
- Experience using BPMN and/or UML for requirements analysis and management;
- Analytical thinking with the ability to transform business needs into detailed specifications;
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including API specifications, architectural models, and data schemas;
- Familiarity with Java technology stack.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the banking or financial sector;
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration (SOA, ESB, etc.);
- Experience with microservices architecture and REST API development;
- Familiarity with middleware solutions, API platforms, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Understanding of data warehousing (DWH) principles and practical experience in DWH solutions development;
- Experience with business process management (BPM) systems;
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken);
- Understanding of enterprise architecture systems (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
