You will work closely with other designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, QA engineers, PMs and other employees. The company has introduced an PDP (Personal Development Plan) for each employee. Our full-time English teacher will provide support and improve your English skills.

Test assignment

Our working conditions

  • First month will be a paid Company Bootcamp;
  • Company Bootcamp period paid as fixed monthly payment;
  • Always stable and on time salary;
  • Official employment (by contract);
  • Salary is calculated in €, with loads of 160 to 200 or more hours per month (all spent time is paid);
  • Additionally: company pays Bench as 75% from rate and FuckUp pays as 50% from rate;
  • Revision of the hourly rate every six months up to +50% (according to company regulations);
  • Quarterly bonus, project performance based;
  • English classes 2 times per week (groups of two people, after work hours);
  • MacBook Pro 14/16, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, comfortable chair, company branded T-shirt and mug;
  • Working day from 8:00 to 17:00 (The plan for the day is made at the stand-up meeting and must be accomplished (considering common sense) within the day according to the checkpoints. After accepting the work, the PM finalizes the working day);
  • Breakfast, lunches and other things in the kitchen at the expense of the company (coffee, tea, cookies, sweets, yogurts and drinks in the refrigerator).

Requirements

  • Twitter Bootstrap and Google Material Design component bases and specifications;
  • Wireframing (WireframePRO);
  • Mockuping (Figma, PhotoShop, Sketch);
  • Style guide development;
  • Zeplin and Avocode;
  • Ability to quickly search for information in the internet («googling»);
  • Passion to continuously learn new technologies and be up to date with the technologies you already know.

Designer's current work process

  • Collaboration with PM on detailed wireframes during the Discovery Phase;
  • Developing logo, color schemes and corporate style;
  • Making decisions regarding UX for new website/new pages;
  • Developing wireframes and getting them approved by the client;
  • Developing mockups in accordance with approved wireframes;
  • Developing detailed style guide;
  • Preparing multiple versions of a page for A/B testing.

If you are a Starter or Junior, this program will become an intensive training for you. Company Bootcamp lasts 1 month for all positions and 2 months for backend developers and is fully paid.

After successfully completing the onboarding and starting your collaboration with us, you will receive a PDP (Personal Development Plan). Your PM will help you plan your further growth and learning during your free time. Additionally, you will gain expertise in a variety of technologies depending on the projects you are assigned to. We also offer English courses twice a week.

Within the PDP framework, you can deepen your knowledge in your current field or even switch to a different direction. At our company, you will continue to grow constantly, with small breaks as per our guidelines, allowing you to enjoy the moment and then proceed with your development.
