Requirements for candidates
Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, with at least 1 year in Front sales role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC products (AHUs are essential), installation processes, and regional market dynamics.
• Experience working with distributors and B2B clients in Lithuania (other Baltic region countries would be a plus).
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in CRM software (MS365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, German and/or Swedish as well as Russian is a plus.
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel frequently within Lithuania (depending on business cases even Latvia and Estonia).
• Understanding of HVAC industry regulations, certifications, and energy efficiency requirements in the Baltic market.
Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Lithuania. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for HVAC products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lithuania (other Baltic countries would be as advantage) HVAC market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in Lithuania.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial HVAC sectors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Work closely with installing companies (engineering sub-contactors), distributors, contractors, and engineering consulting/designing firms to promote HVAC solutions.
Business Development & Key Account Management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including real estate developers, HVAC contractors, engineering designing, and facility management companies.
• Conduct regular client visits, sales presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements.
Leadership, Accountability & Performance Management
• Ensure personal training by becomming a strong player in a high-performing sales team across of Baltic region.
• Execute set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure personal success.
• Be a part of sales meetings, workshops, and product training sessions as a part of sales the team.
Financial & Operational Responsibilities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
• Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns tailored to the Lithuania market.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
