Your responsibilities would be:
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to signing of contracts for new production & service employees.
- Partner with team leads to identify the requirements and necessary qualifications for vacancies.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes in collaboration with production & service team leads.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Organize and maintain HR-related documentation such as company policies, and benefits information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain annual vacation plan, health check plan and training records.
- Assist with organizing events for employees.
Here's what you'll need to be considered for this opportunity:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience may be considered).
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and oral).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS system Workday (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
