Job description

Key job responsibilities:

Maintaining strong relationship with customers (pharmacies) and HCPs in subordinate area;
Implement the medical strategy to increase prescription and recommendation of brands by health professionals to grow sales
Respect Customers and HCP visits in line with defined route-to-market (targets of reach & frequency, promo cycles);
Present the brands in medical and pharmaceutical events;
Deliver results via:
perfect execution of: National Activation Plan, availability of LDB products and visibility (merchandising implementation , navigation installation) in POS;
visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brands products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient
deliver training to Pharmacists in line with training plan;
Run daily co-operation with customers securing excellent communication and service;
Manage administrative and reporting tasks:
Organize and optimize visit planning.
Master and use monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity.
Prepare visits and carry out reliable qualitative and quantitative activity reporting.
Demonstrate pro-activity and ownership;
Monitor competitors activity;
Act in line with sales policy;
Ensure respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health care professionals (HCPs).
