Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

• To be focal point in one of the Avion Express stations.
• Work in shifts, 28 days ON, 14 days OFF.
• Manage and supervise the assigned station.
• Ensure the on-time performance of all ground activities;Promptly solve the problems and any outstanding questions or issues.
• Ensure sufficient and on-time communication with the Company Head Quarters and the Clients Operational Management.
• Liaise with Company Operational Personnel for accommodation, Travel, Crew Pick-ups, schedule changes and any other operational matters.

• Experience in airline station management, ground operations or a similar aviation role.
• Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, crew members, clients, and airport authorities.
• Proficiency in handling logistical operations, including crew accommodation, transportation, and document management.
• Possession of valid EU Passport.
