Key Responsibilities:

Drive profitable and efficient operations within the franchise
Strategically plan and enhance the management structure in alignment with the approved strategic plan
Oversee negotiations related to franchise's stores activities, ensuring optimal sales and payment conditions
Optimize and monitor the execution of tasks outlined in the franchise's activity plan
Lead the advancement of franchise processes, including the development and implementation of innovative intellectual projects
Achieve turnover, markup, gross profit, operating profit, return, and sales targets for franchise store product categories
Maximize the efficient use of space allocated for storing and displaying goods in all franchise stores

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher education
Proven experience in retail, sales, and business development
English and Russian languages knowledge (B1-B2 levels)
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and planning abilities
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities
