We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Intern for our Kaunas office to help digitalise customer communication through a chatbot. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for finding technical solutions to enhance the customer experience, this role is for you
In this role, you'll:
- Analyse existing chatbot solutions on the market.
- Assist in developing potential chatbot scenarios to enhance Inbanks' sales support processes.
- Assist with help desk project for chatbot development.
- Identify, suggest and help to implement improvements to boost sales and sales support processes.
- Gain insights into sales by learning about Inbank's internal sales processes.
You ideally come with the following:
- Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of studies in Sales/IT or Data Analytics.
- Interest in creating technical AI solutions.
- A can-do and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
