As a Customer Support Specialist, your main tasks will be to:

Communicate with customers via email and live chat.
Answer customer questions about our product features and integrations, and solve all kinds of technical issues together with our tech team.
Help create custom interactive calculators for our customers.
Upkeep the product knowledge base and FAQ with relevant, up-to-date information.
Regularly test software together with our tech team and complete bug reports.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Excellent written English skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Web technology savvy.
An ability to handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
An eagerness to learn and grow.
Prior experience in customer care will be considered an advantage but is not necessary.
