Get ready to

• Take ownership and lead CRO related activities, build processes and infrastructure, develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
• Manage the workload, priorities, and development of the direct team of specialists
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour through data-driven tools and research
• Identify and prioritise opportunities for improving user experience and conversion paths
• Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap, including but not limited to prioritizing methodology and application of strategic company directions
• Ensure efficient cooperation and communication both within the cross-functional team and with external stakeholders
• Leverage different analytics tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, etc.) and constantly analyze user behavior data to uncover improvement areas for marketing funnel performance

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in CRO field
• Have strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Have proven track record of successful team management
• Have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms
• Have proven track record of successful ownership and improvement of key business metrics, such as Revenue / LTV / CR, etc
• Have a growth-driven mindset of prioritising the tasks with higher business impact potential, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Be data and research-driven, with strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset
• Have strong English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500 - 5500 EUR/month.

Location

This position is in Vilnius, Lithuania. 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
