YOUR TASKS:

• Plan, organize and coordinate internal corporate training at the international level;
• Administrate internal training electronic platform;
• Collaborate and communicate with students / instructors
• Trace the record of initial and continuation training, organize and coordinate required continuation courses in a timely manner
• Optimize the internal training process.
• Work closely with colleagues on Operations and People & Culture related projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Higher education;
• Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Work experience with organizing and coordinating training (highly appreciated);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong time and work management skills;
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivation, desire to learn and improve.
