About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Finance Director for the Baltic Region to lead the financial strategy and operations of our company and group enterprises across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This is a key leadership role, responsible for securing long-term financial growth, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring efficient risk and budget management throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and execute the long-term and short-term financial strategy for the company and the group.
Ensure profitable and efficient financial operations across all regional units.
Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring of the group's budget and financial activities.
Oversee financial risk management, capital flow, and investment efficiency.
Drive innovation by enhancing financial processes and implementing advanced financial tools.
Lead, organize, and monitor the work of finance departments and their teams in the region.
Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial standards.
Manage negotiations with financial institutions for optimal terms and services.
Supervise all accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Education: University degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English
Experience: Proven experience in managing financial and accounting functions, preferably in a group or regional structure.
Leadership: Strong track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and departments.
