Role
You will join our People Partners team working toward a shared company goal to become a leading software development and testing hub in the region. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be directly responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a top-tier candidate and new hire experience at QuaDigi. Your focus will be on attracting, selecting, and securing the best tech talent to support our ambitious growth.
Work
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at QuaDigi, youll lead the end-to-end hiring process from proactive sourcing and screening to final offer and onboarding. Youll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping assess team needs, define role requirements, and select the best-fit candidates.
In addition to recruitment, youll be involved in enhancing the broader employee journey. Our People Partners contribute to performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communication, and compensation & benefits, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and supports retention.
For this position, we are expecting you to:
- Be a team player with a people- and business-oriented approach to work
- Have at least 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in a high-growth or high-tech environment
- Have experience hiring software and/or hardware engineers across different roles and levels
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian
- Be confident in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and scalable recruitment and HR processes
- Support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations
- Foster and promote company culture through hiring and onboarding practices
- Have knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation this is considered an advantage.
