Join Danske Bank in a pivotal role within our Advisory Overview Squad. We are seeking a strong Business and Functional Specialist to lead the implementation of our new Personal Customer CRM solution. This role is key to contributing to Danske Banks transformation journey toward our Forward28 goals.
The Advisory Overview Squad, located in Denmark, Lithuania, and India, is a new team being formed within the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe. The tribe enhance digital customer experiences and offer proactive insights to stay relevant at all touchpoints.

You will:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, systems, and data owners to align activities with objectives that enhance user experiences
- Be a pivotal contributor in working alongside our MarTech squads to develop strategies for managing leads and opportunities in CRM
- Become an experienced user/admin and take a leading support role already with the first roll-out of our new Personal Customer CRM solution
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance the Advisory Overview squads strategic agenda
- Ensure thorough documentation, process mapping and compliance with all regulatory, governance, and security frameworks
- Engage in continuous professional development to effectively contribute to the banks goals and enhance customer satisfaction
About you:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Natural/Life Sciences, a related field or similar education
- 3-5 years experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Functional Specialist, particularly with a focus on process and project management and collaborative projects
- Some experience with CRM solutions (SaaS such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce) is preferred
- Experience as CRM Analyst and knowledge on business process mapping, e.g., in connection with leads and opportunities (or other types of sales processes), is desired
- Knowledge of security, compliance, risk management, and general financial services is beneficial
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, upper-intermediate skills in English
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
