Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and general marketing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a proactive problem solver, and an innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have a passion for driving brand awareness, developing marketing strategies, and executing campaigns that generate engagement and business growth. The role is located in Lithuania.
Key responsibilities in the role:
- Plan and execute long-term and short-term external campaigns aligned with the marketing strategy the Lithuanian market.
- Work with internal teams to manage support and lead multi-disciplinary projects.
- Implement and manage ad campaigns across social media platforms.
- Oversee, plan, and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage customers.
- Work with PR, Google Ads, SEO specialists, and other external resources.
- Maintain and create content for company social media profiles in collaboration with the content team.
- Analyze campaign KPIs to optimize performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance visibility and differentiation.
- Prepare and distribute updates on company innovations to clients.
- Oversee and plan tasks for partner agencies, ensuring timely execution.
- Regularly follow industry trends and updates. Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to company leadership.
- Work with tools such as MS365 Office Suite, website CMS, Power BI, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Run internal and external Mailchimp newsletter campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding new employees.
- Help prepare presentations for Sales/C-level management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and general marketing roles.
- Excellent English skills, both - written and spoken.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution and management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in MS365 Office Suite, website CMS, Power BI, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Additional requirements:
- Experience in managing social media ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and PR strategies.
- Familiarity with the Lithuanian market and its trends.
