We are looking
for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take our recruitment efforts to the next level. If you can confidently navigate ambiguity, align hiring with business priorities, and lead a small team of recruiters all while moving fast we want to meet you.
This isnt your typical TA role. Youll work directly with C-level stakeholders, drive complex recruitment strategies, and play a key role in onboarding, offboarding, employer branding, and recruitment process automation.

Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to shape and adapt recruitment strategies

Manage full-cycle hiring for senior and leadership roles in a fast-changing environment

Create sourcing strategies and build long-term talent pipelines

Contribute to onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives

Identify and implement recruitment process improvements and automation opportunities
- Have 4+ years of recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles (preferably in digital marketing area)

Be confident, patient in working directly with senior and executive stakeholders

Excel in sourcing, assessing talent, and managing exceptional candidate experiences

Be experienced in hiring for roles like Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Product, BizDev

Be skilled with ATS tools and up to date on recruitment best practices

Be a strong communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Gross salary range is 3800 - 5300 EUR/month.
LocationThis position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
