Are you passionate about getting down to insurance risk details, shaping product strategies for profitable growth, and adding value to our customer offering?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Define and control our insurance risk appetite;
- Set and implement competitive product pricing strategies;
- Improve underwriting processes and ensure underwriting controls;
- Do motor and property case underwriting, prepare proposals, communicate underwriting decisions;
- Ensure underwriting related IT development requirement definition and implementation;
- Prepare portfolio analytics, analysis and reports;
- Do stakeholder management.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree;
- Min 3 years of work experience in nonlife insurance underwriting, portfolio management or actuarial;
- Knowledge in nonlife insurance products, pricing principles, risk selection, underwriting process, market and customer behavior;
- Good analytic and communication skills;
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, good oral and written English.
