WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist in sorting and organising employee files, ensuring that all relevant documents are accounted for
Upload and index documents to the documents management solution
Ensure that all migrated documents are appropriately labelled and categorized
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout process
Provide regular updates to HR Manager on status of the migration project
Support with other administrative tasks related to employee file management as needed
Communication with wider HR team members in Europe and Asia.
Assistance updating internal depository and retention period instructions.
Assistance with other HR Operations team projects.

Monthly compensation of 1,038 Eur gross
