WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized individual with strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Daily Crewing Supervisor within the Crew Resource Department.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized individual with strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Daily Crewing Supervisor within the Crew Resource Department.

This is a daytime position located in our Vilnius office, though flexibility to occasionally cover shift work may be required during peak periods or operational disruptions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Provide daily supervision and support to the Daily Crewing team
Oversee the management of live crew rosters and ensure all flights are fully crewed and compliant with regulations
Act as a liaison between the crewing team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with flight time limitations, collective agreements, and training requirements
Monitor and support crew travel planning and documentation
Lead the response to day-of-operation crew disruptions, ensuring minimal impact
Support the training and development of Daily Crewing Officers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
Cover crewing shifts on occasion, if required
Complete additional related tasks as assigned by the Crew Resource Manager

WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT FIT:

University degree or relevant job experience in aviation or logistics
Previous experience in crewing or operations control required
Strong knowledge of crew scheduling regulations and operational processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and guide team members
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently
Confident in using crew management systems (e.g. AIMS or similar)
Positive attitude, adaptability, and initiative

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

University degree or equivalent aviation industry experience
Background in logistics is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Solid basic computer skills
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Independent, disciplined, and highly organized
