Office Administrator (part time) - CEVA Logistics

Your responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day office management functions
- Handle all incoming correspondence and process invoices
- Assist staff in general administrative tasks
- HR admin tasks: payroll data preparation, including information on absences (vacation, business trips and sick leaves), bonuses, advance payments, additional payments, salary increases, etc.
- Communication with the payroll company: reporting on employees joining/leaving the company, additional payments
- Order office supplies
- Prepare personnel documentation and file management
- Update information in the internal HR system
- Assist in organizing various office events, activities, and meetings
Requirements:
- 1+ years of previous work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of record-keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and good English language skills
The company will offer:
- Salary from EUR 1400-1500 for part-time work (0,75 FTE, 6 hours per day)
