Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee documentation to ensure legal compliance and smooth processes.
Manage employee records for both new and current employees, including contracts, employment changes, and terminations.
Source and attract top talents using a variety of search methods to fill our open positions.
Conduct screening interviews, oversee and coordinate further recruitment process and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Take part in creating a positive working environment (organize events, initiatives, etc.).
Participate in other HR projects.

Requirements and Expectations

2-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the role and the organization.
Strong knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Law.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English.
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities.
Attentive to details, result-oriented, positive person.
