What you'll do:

Ensure implementation of standardized Commercial Facility Management and Mechanizing processes in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Ensure unified Merchandizing project technical planning, testing and coordination in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Ensure compliance of relevant processes by conducting gap analyses/self-assessments, implementing corrective actions
Indicate possible areas of process and expense optimizations
Support controlling of Facility Management costs and budget planning
Execute administrative tasks, create reports and presentations
Engage in related Facility Management service procurement processes in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

About you:

Higher education in Facility Management, Engineering or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Construction
Very good English language skills, German is considered an advantage
Excellent project management skills
Analytical cost benefit mindset
High proficiency in MS Office
Category B driving license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy, varied work environment
