Your responsibilities
- Manage customer orders through the order management system, ensuring a smooth process from purchase order to invoicing;
- Track incoming invoices and payment deadlines while supporting the accounting process;
- Maintain internal company documentation and administrative records;
- Support CRM data quality and contact management;
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering office supplies, IT equipment, snacks, gifts, and other team-related needs;
- Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks daily;
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and help make every day work more efficient.
What we expect from you
- Previous experience in office administration, operations, executive assistance, or a similar support role;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic environment;
- Professional communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken;
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn CRM or internal systems;
- Team-oriented mindset and readiness to support colleagues when needed.
