StrongPoint is a leading retail technology company, helping grocery and convenience retailers run smarter, more efficient, and customer-centric operations. Our portfolio spans click & collect, self-checkout, cash management, and order picking solutions – all powered by data, automation, and cloud technology. We are scaling our Order Picking SaaS platform globally, enabling retailers to transform how they fulfill online orders in-store and across their networks.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who takes ownership of what they build – someone who brings strong technical fundamentals, drives decisions, shapes architecture, and delivers end-to-end in a cross-functional, agile, and internationally distributed team. You will work closely with product, UX, and engineering leadership to build scalable, cloud-native solutions that power retail operations across Europe.
What You’ll Do:
• Own full-stack features end-to-end – from back-end services to front-end experiences – across our cloud-native platform
• Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs in a microservice and event-driven architecture
• Own and evolve identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID
• Write clean, testable code with strong unit and integration test coverage; champion engineering best practices across quality, automation, and observability
• Drive technical discussions, actively participate in planning, and influence architectural decisions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud infrastructure
• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Commercial teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
Must-Have:
• 6+ years in software engineering with a strong technical foundation in modern, cloud-based architectures
• Solid experience with .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Blazor) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed system design
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with identity/authentication systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Fluent in English (B2+), strong communicator across technical and business audiences
• Ownership mindset – you proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through. Collaborative and data-driven approach to decision-making
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services
• Experience with Blazor for building interactive web UIs with C# instead of JavaScript
• Familiarity with CQRS, event-driven architectures, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or similar) and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Experience with mobile-first product environments or .NET MAUI
• Interest in AI/ML-driven capabilities and data-enabled platforms
What We Offer:
• Gross salary range for this position is 4600–6900 Eur. The salary offer for a candidate depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate
• Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days flexible
• Work with modern technology (.NET, Azure, Blazor, React) and help define how we leverage AI and automation in retail fulfillment
• Use AI tools YOU need – Claude Code / Copilot / etc.
