Job description
- Build a developer experience platform that makes shipping fast and safe;
- Design and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure with Docker and Helm;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
- Set up end-to-end observability across logs and metrics;
- Manage secrets and access across environments;
- Define platform standards, tooling, and ways of working as the team grows;
- Partner with engineers on reliability, performance, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE;
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm;
- Solid background in CI/CD, including GitOps with ArgoCD;
- Experience with observability stacks;
- Comfortable with infrastructure as code (OpenTofu) and secrets management (OpenBao);
- Track record of building developer-facing platforms or tooling;
- Able to set direction independently and shape your own roadmap.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry;
- Background setting up a platform function from scratch;
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance basics (DORA, PCI DSS, NIS2).
