Job description:

  • Create and maintain healthy work environment;
  • Communicate consistently and openly with colleagues;
  • Maintain and develop internally used HR system;
  • Prepare employment, termination and other related personnel documents;
  • Monitor employees’ duty time;
  • Identify potential candidates, review CV, organize job interviews and select candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of search and selection of personnel, HR;
  • Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing;
  • Strong focus on result and quality;
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time planning skills.
