Job description:
- Create and maintain healthy work environment;
- Communicate consistently and openly with colleagues;
- Maintain and develop internally used HR system;
- Prepare employment, termination and other related personnel documents;
- Monitor employees’ duty time;
- Identify potential candidates, review CV, organize job interviews and select candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of search and selection of personnel, HR;
- Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing;
- Strong focus on result and quality;
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time planning skills.
