MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize daily activities of the shops;
- Hire and train the staff with a focus on customer service;
- Analyze brand positioning and client insights;
- Plan and lead day-to-day delivery activities to reach the company’s goals;
- Brand Management for assigned brands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience in the retail field;
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Knowledge of MS office;
- Teamwork skills and communicability.
WILL BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:
- University degree in Economics or Marketing;
- Russian language skills;
- Driver’s license (B category).
