MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement company equipment sales strategy to achieve sales and profit targets;
- Promote and support cross-selling (maintenance contracts, inspections, on call services);
- Prepare and implement action plans for effective search of sales leads and develop market share;
- Identify, research and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships to generate future industrial crane sales business;
- Keep our CRM system and sales funnel up to date and follow up offers/quotations;
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years‘ experience in Technical Sales or Projects role;
- Substantial experience in the business development arena of B2B sales of capital and contractual goods and services;
- A Degree in a relevant Technical subject or market knowledge gained from experience in design or manufacturing;
- Fluent English and Lithuanian languages (both spoken and written);
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills;
- Capability of working independently;
- Category B driving license and willingness to drive;
